Visit from Leica

Winter has hit many parts of the country but if you are lucky enough to travel to Titusville, FL next week for the Space Coast Birding & Wildlife Festival on January 24-28, be sure to look for the Eagle Optics booth. There you will discover lots of binoculars and spotting scopes available for hands on use-an excellent way to see for yourself the extensive selection of sport optics available today. A good selection of products will be on hand for purchase and we will take orders with free UPS Ground delivery. Check the festival schedule for the Eagle Optics staff presentation on Binoculars 101.

Eagle Optics will also be attending Starved Rock Bald Eagle Days on Saturday, January 27th and the San Francisco Bay Flyway Festival February 2-4. Those of us not traveling to shows are looking forward to the DuPage Birding Club from DuPage, IL making a field trip to the Eagle Optics showroom on Saturday, January 27th. Showing off our many wonderful products in person is always a treat for us. If your group would like to schedule a visit just email us at

Continuing education opportunities allow us to provide knowledgeable service whether in the store or on the phone. Yesterday we were fortunate to have Jeff Bouton, Leica Camera Inc. Product Specialist, spend several hours with the staff. He reviewed in detail the quality which goes into every pair of Leica Binoculars. We also viewed firsthand how convenient the digital Leica Camera and Leica Digiscoping Adapter are to use with Leica Spotting Scopes. Those of you who own Leica Televid Spotting Scopes will be happy to know the Leica digiscoping adapter is very camera friendly and will work with most digital cameras no wider than 3 inches. Be sure to call us at 1-800-289-1132 for more details.

As always, Eagle Optics values your referrals, your patronage, and the trust you place in us when you call for advice. Stay in touch with us as we progress with the new Eagle Optics Blog.
